Promotional Period

1. The ‘PartySports Club’ promotion (the “Promotion”) is available weekly to Eligible Players (as defined below) from 00:00 (GMT) on 20/03/23 until 23:59 (GMT) 15/10/23 (the ''Promotional Period'').
2. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
3. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and to our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.

How To Participate In This Promotion

5. In order to participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Player must place the necessary Eligible Bets for each respective Challenge during the Promotional Period. There are four Challenges, as follows:
   1. ACCA Challenge;
   2. Build A Bet Challenge;
   3. In-Play Challenge;
   4. Casino Challenge.

6. Each Challenge has its own set of terms and conditions and wagering requirements and can be completed only once per week.
7. The Challenges can be completed in any order.
8. If an Eligible player places the necessary Eligible Bets for each respective Challenge during the Promotional Period, the Eligible Player will be issued with either a Free Bet to be used on any sport (the “Free Bet”) or an Odds Boost Token to be used on any sport, excluding Horse Racing (the “Odds Boost Token”).
9. Terms and conditions for the Free Bet & Odds Boost Token are set out below.

Free Bet Terms and Conditions

10. Free Bets will be credited within 24 hours of each Challenge being completed.
11. To claim the Free Bets, Eligible Players must log in to their account.
12. Free Bets must be used in a single transaction. If the value of the bet placed by the Eligible Player is less than the Free Bet amount, the difference will be lost (e.g. if the Eligible Player uses a €10 Free Bet to place a €7 bet, the remaining €3 will be lost).
13. Free Bets must be used within 7 days of being credited.
14. Free Bets can be placed on any sports market.
15. If the Eligible Player wins more than one Free Bet, the Free Bets will be activated one after another.
16. Any net winnings from the Free Bets will be credited to the Eligible Player's account.

Odds Boost Terms and Conditions

18. The Odds Boost Token will be credited within 24 hours of the ‘Casino Challenge’ being completed.
19. To claim the Odds Boost Token, Eligible Players must log into their account.
20. The Odds Boost Token can be redeemed on any sport (excluding Horse Racing).
21. The maximum stake that can be used with the Odds Boost Token is £/€10.
22. The Odds Boost Token is only available to use on a single selection.
23. The Odds Boost Token will be found in the ‘Offers’ section.
24. The Odds Boost Token will expire 7 days after being issued.
25. The Odds Boost Token will increase the odds of the selected single bet by 25%, the new odds will be shown in the betslip before placing the bet.
26. If a player places a bet using their Odds Boost Token and wins the bet, the additional winnings from the boosted odds will be credited to the player's account as cash. Further information on Odds Boost Tokens can be found here.
27. The max bonus winnings from the Odds Boost Token will be £/€10,000.
28. If you have more than one Odds Boost Token, the Odds Boost Tokens will be activated one after another.
29. Where a bet placed with an Odds Boost Token settles as ‘void’, your stake is returned, but the Odds Boost Token is considered used.
30. The Odds Boost Tokens cannot be combined with any other promotions.
31. We reserve the right to reverse the settlement of a bet placed using the Odds Boost Token feature if the bet or a market is settled in error. Moreover, we can cancel any bets in case there is a pricing error.
32. If you have applied an Odds Boost Token to your bet, any Cash Out returns will be based off the original non-boosted odds.
33. Odds Boost Tokens cannot be used on Build A Bets, Multiples, Price Boosts, Enhanced Accas, System Bets or Banker Bets.

General

34. The Promoter may place restrictions on players’ account, including deposit restrictions, in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions affect your ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
35. In the case of any suspicious, abusive, inappropriate or fraudulent game play/behaviour, the promoter reserves the right to exclude players from this promotion in accordance with the Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
36. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the promotion pending further investigation.
37. The Promoter reserves the right to change and/or end any promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
38. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, tickets or bonuses to a player’s account in connection with this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (acting reasonably) to cancel the promotion and/or correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from a such error in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.
